Every item from Best of Syracuse is custom-decorated and made to order just for you. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, please review your sizes and selections carefully at checkout.

Production Time

Orders are produced after the order deadline. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready.

Local / In-Store Pickup

Orders are available for local / in-store pickup.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to pick up.
Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Policy

Because all items are custom-decorated and made to order for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturer defects.

Defective Items

Received a defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of pickup with a photo and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
